Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional time for production.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Morocco using trusted international couriers.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

At Cooperative Adrar, each rug is handmade with care by our artisans in Morocco. Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare it for secure international shipping.
