Do you accept returns?

Because all of our rugs are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your rug arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, especially for custom rugs, production begins and we are unable to cancel.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Morocco using trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. Tracking is provided once your rug is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time:
    • USA / Canada: 5–10 days
    • Europe: 3–7 days
    • Australia & other regions: 7–12 days

Can I request a custom rug?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom orders — choose your size, colors, and style.

Are your rugs truly handmade?

Yes. Every rug is handwoven in the Atlas Mountains by experienced artisans — using techniques passed down through generations.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices reflect the time, skill, and quality involved in each piece. We aim to offer fair prices for both our customers and the artisans.

Do you work with interior designers or trade programs?

Yes, we do. If you're an interior designer, shop owner, or project manager, please contact us about our Trade Program.
