No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.
We encourage customers to review all product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Each rug may have small variations in size, color, or design — this is part of the beauty of handmade work and not considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item are required for review.
