Our Story

Authentic Moroccan Rugs, Woven by Hand in the Atlas Mountains

Welcome to Cooperative Adrar, a Moroccan artisan cooperative based in the Atlas Mountains near Marrakech.

Our rugs are handmade by skilled women weavers using traditional Moroccan techniques passed down through generations. From selecting the natural wool to spinning, weaving and finishing, every piece is created with patience, care and craftsmanship.

We create authentic Moroccan rugs including Beni Ourain, Mrirt, Boujaad, Beni Mguild, Tamazight, Taznakht and Glaoui rugs.

Each rug is unique. Small variations in colour, texture and pattern are part of what makes a handmade Moroccan rug special.
