1. Handmade Products

• All our rugs and handmade products are made in Morocco by skilled artisans.

• Because our products are handmade, each piece is unique.

• Minor variations in color, size, texture, weaving, and pattern may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade products.

• These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

• Please carefully review your shipping address, product selection, size, and other order details before completing your purchase.

• Custom and made-to-order rugs may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our rugs are handmade and many products may be prepared specifically for an order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Cooperative Adrar.

Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description, photographs, dimensions, materials, and other product information.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue so that we can review the matter and determine an appropriate solution.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from Morocco using trusted international shipping providers.

• Delivery times shown on our website or provided by us are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

• Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and prices are accurate.

However, handmade products may have natural variations, and colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the customer's screen.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by or used by Cooperative Adrar with permission.
