1. Handmade Nature

  • All rugs are handmade in Morocco by skilled artisans.

  • Each piece is unique.

  • Slight variations in color, size, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

  • Please carefully check your product selection, size, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional production time. We will provide an estimated production time when applicable.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our rugs are handmade and some products may be made specifically for an order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Cooperative Adrar.

Please carefully review the product description, photographs, dimensions, materials, and other information before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs and details of the issue so that we can review it and determine an appropriate solution.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Morocco using trusted international couriers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and prices are accurate.

Because our products are handmade, natural variations may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by or used by Cooperative Adrar with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without our prior written consent.
